ADVANCED HOMEOPATHY TALKS

Sept 22^nd, Wed evening 7-9pm:  VACCINATION, an issue of our time.  This will cover “the other side of the story” concerning vaccination, some of the germ theory and why vaccination isn’t always necessary, and alternatives to vaccination.   We will not only focus on the childhood vaccines which many of you would have already chosen for yourselves and your children, but also the yearly flu vaccine and some others which are being pushed.  This is a controversial topic and I am happy to have questions but will war n you in advance that I may not be able to answer them all, no one really can at this point in time.   Homeopaths are not necessarily “against” vaccination, but the belief is that vaccination is suppressive and poisonous, and also prevents us from developing normal full immunity. Natural immunity to disease often creates a healthier immune system.  Homeopathy works well in the treatment of childhood illness and flu.

Oct 27^th, Wed evening, 7-9pm:  WOMEN’S ISSUES:  this is a huge topic and I will endeavor to cover menstrual problems and menopausal complaints.    We will hopefully have enough time for some discussion and sharing of traditional methods of “surviving” the powerful transitions in our female hormonal lives.  (puberty and menopause)  This is a topic we can pursue in the future if there is more interest.

Nov 20^th, Sat all day 10am-4pm:  SEMINAR, HOMEOPATHY FOR LABOR AND BIRTH:   This is an all day seminar geared towards doulas and midwives who work with birthing women, however if you have a special interest in this you are welcome to come.  We will be talking in detail about homeopathic principles, prescribing techniques during labor and various remedies to have on hand for the stages of birth and situations that might arise.  There is limited space on this seminar, 10 only.  Cost is 50 pounds which will cover a light lunch, photocopies and some samples of remedies to take away.   I will be recommending a book to buy if you are serious about working with birth.  This course will meet 5 hours of CPD requirements.
